Relay Open Relay

Your agents, on hand.

One headquarters where your AI agents share context and hand work to each other. You reach it from a ring, and nothing sends, buys or starts until you hold to approve it.

Something you'd wear anyway.

The ring is how you reach Relay from your hand. Double-tap the band, say what you want, and a tiny light tells you how it went.

Graphite

Matte dark metal, the understated default.

Silver

Polished light metal, the jewelry-counter look.

Gold

Brushed warm metal, the premium option.

Silicone

Soft-touch sport version, and the friendliest material for radio signals.

Relay's own ring is still being designed. Relay runs today on the Pebble Index 01 ring, so you don't have to wait for this one.

What happens after you say it.

  1. 01

    You say it once.

Talk to the ring the way you'd text a friend: "Text Dana I'm running ten minutes late."

heard 4:08 PM · "text dana i'm running ten minutes late"

  2. 02

It goes to the right agent.

Texts and reminders run on your Mac. Groceries, errands, purchases and coding go to your lead agent, who does them or hands them to whichever of your agents does that job.

imessage → your mac · groceries → instinct

  3. 03

    You approve with a hold.

Anything that sends, buys or starts work waits for you, word for word. Fix the wording first if you want. Hold to send; let go early and nothing happens.

waiting on you · expires in 1h 52m

  4. 04

It's done, and it's written down.

You get ten seconds to undo. Then it goes, and the log keeps a receipt: what you said, where it went, and what happened.

To Dana

Running 10 minutes late, start without me.

You said "text Dana I'm running ten minutes late."

Press and hold. Let go early to stop. Nothing is really sent.

One queue for every agent.

Your agents and your Mac don't each ping you on their own. Whatever needs you lands in one queue, on your phone and on the web, and waits there until you answer or it expires.

needs you · 1 · expires in 1h 52m

Rules you set, named on every receipt.

Kinds you trust, like groceries, can skip the hold. When one does, its receipt names the rule that let it through, so nothing goes out on a hunch.

An example of the log. Every request gets a line, including the ones you turned down.

What it's worth to you.

Relay is the one door your agents go through to reach you. Everything they want to send, buy or start stops at that door until you say so, and leaves a receipt when it goes. You keep the agents you already have. They just stop being able to act in your name without you.

one queue · your hold · a receipt every time

What you keep

  • Your attention. One queue, not an app per agent.
  • The last word on anything that costs money or sends words as you.
  • Ten seconds to change your mind, every time.
  • A record of every request, including the ones you turned down.
